Cool Summer Relief, Warm Care Deep in Hearts — Hezhong Machinery Party Branch Launches 2026 "Summer Cooling Care" Campaign

Amid the scorching heat wave, frontline production staff stick firmly to their posts and work tirelessly despite sweltering temperatures. To fully safeguard the physical and mental well-being of frontline employees and deliver the care and warmth of the Party organization, the Party Branch of Huaibei Hezhong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. officially launched its 2026 "Summer Cooling Care" Condolence Campaign on the afternoon of July 10.

The campaign will last for 10 days, covering all posts exposed to high-temperature operations across the Production Department, Technology Department, Engineering Department, Quality Inspection Department, Warehouse Department, Shipping Department, Logistics Department and other departments.
The Party Branch, together with the Trade Union and the Youth League Branch, set up five condolence groups led by Comrade Shi Qing, Secretary of the Party Branch. The groups went deep into the production workshops and frontlines to distribute cooling supplies including watermelons, green tea, salt soda water, popsicles and heatstroke prevention kits to employees.

At the launch ceremony, the Party Branch Secretary delivered a speech, extending sincere gratitude to frontline staff and reminding everyone to take proper heatstroke prevention measures to guarantee personal safety and health. A prize quiz on heatstroke prevention knowledge was also held on site to popularize high-temperature protection tips in an entertaining and educational way.

Every cooling gift carries sincere care. The 2026 "Summer Cooling Care" campaign not only provided frontline employees with heatstroke prevention supplies, but also embodied the Party organization’s attention and affection for staff, boosting their sense of belonging and team cohesion.
