To express care and respect for frontline employees and convey the warmth of the Party organization, the Party Branch of Huaibei Hezhong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. recently meticulously organized a 10-day "Summer Coolness Delivery" activity, bringing refreshment and care to the workers on the frontlines.
Prior to the launch of the activity, the Party Branch held a joint meeting with the Youth League Branch and the Trade Union, formulating a detailed activity plan that clearly defined the time, targets, contents and requirements of the activity.
To ensure the quality and practicality of the cooling supplies, members of the Trade Union carefully selected and purchased heat-relief items such as watermelons, green tea, salt soda, popsicles, as well as cooling packs. These supplies not only meet the actual needs of frontline workers during high-temperature operations, but also carry the deep care of the Party organization for them.
During the activity, the Secretary of the Party Branch led 5 condolence teams, including Party groups, League groups and Trade Union groups, to brave the sweltering heat and go deep into the production frontlines. They approached the workers and personally handed over the cooling supplies to them.
Everywhere they went, they could see the busy figures of the employees—some operating machines in the workshop, some carrying goods outdoors. Their clothes were soaked with sweat, yet they still stuck to their posts. While handing out the cooling supplies, members of the condolence teams had cordial talks with the workers, inquiring about their work and physical conditions, and reminding them to take precautions against heatstroke in hot weather, as well as arrange work and rest time reasonably.
The workers took the cooling supplies with happy smiles on their faces, and they all said that they felt the care and warmth from the Party organization, which had boosted their motivation to work even more.
This "Summer Coolness Delivery" activity not only brought refreshment and care to frontline employees, but also conveyed the Party organization's emphasis and concern for the staff, enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of the Party organization.
