“Environmental Transformation” Huai Bei Hezhong adds another model project!

“Hey, do we still need to wear masks on our site?”

This is the voice from the dust removal equipment technical transformation project of Huai Bei Hezhong - Shenmu Electric Carbon Material Section of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group.

The scene of the belt operation site in the carbon material section “not wearing masks” was unbelievable before the technical transformation. According to on-site surveys and staff feedback, “inspection workers must wear dust masks, with dust flying and severely obstructed vision, covered in black dust. The accumulated dust underfoot is cleaned, but is quickly filled with dust again, accompanied by large particle spraying, making on-site cleaning extremely difficult.” The inspection workers can only sigh when talking about it.

Before installation

To improve the working environment for employees and enhance their happiness index, following on-site surveys and customized dust removal solutions by Huai Bei Hezhong technical staff, it was decided to install Huai Bei Hezhong environmental protection sealed conveyor chutes and low-power dust removal equipment in the carbon material section.

After continuous technical demonstration and optimization of the plan, the technical transformation was completed on schedule, significantly reducing dust emissions on site without affecting normal production and equipment maintenance. According to feedback, the dust emission on site has been reduced by more than 95% since the transformation.
