This training focuses on the most cutting-edge technical fields in the industry, covering 12 dimensions such as metal process design and mechanical structure mechanics analysis, industrial communication physical layer interface technology, sensor principles and nanotechnology, and research and development of high-performance mechanical structures and transmission devices. It provides trainees with systematic, comprehensive, and in-depth opportunities for theoretical learning and practical operation. It is particularly worth mentioning that the event has carefully arranged an interactive session on work problems, directly focusing on the challenges faced by trainees in their actual work. For example, in-depth discussions are held on the research of commonly used physical communication interfaces (232, 485, 422, network port, IICD, etc.) and communication protocols (MODBUS, PROFINET) in the industry, the analysis of the transmission efficiency of various transmission devices, the research on extending the service life of circular chains and supporting components, the optimized design of combined molds, and the optimized design of generators and charging and discharging batteries. The expert team responds immediately and provides detailed answers to these questions, ensuring that the training content is not only solid in theory but also closely related to actual work, effectively helping trainees solve specific problems encountered in their work.
