Skill Competition to Ignite, Wisdom to Shine - Hezhong Machinery’s multi-department skill competition successfully concluded.

Recently, Huai Bei Hezhong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully held a unique multi-department skill competition following the “Production Workshop Skill Competition.” This competition brought together elite talents from research and development, technology, quality inspection, and other departments to showcase their skills and teamwork spirit through practical exercises.

The research and development participants demonstrated proficiency in using PLC tools and engaged in intense discussions on topics such as technical innovation, product optimization, and quality inspection at three key workstations. They presented forward-thinking and practical solutions. The technology department accurately measured product components, created 2D diagrams, marked key dimensions, and generated corresponding 3D models using modeling software, showcasing the team’s strong capabilities.

The quality inspection segment was particularly exciting, as participants utilized advanced testing equipment and techniques to rigorously inspect research and development products. With sharp observation skills and excellent expertise, they accurately identified potential quality issues, laying a solid foundation for product quality improvement.

Participants from the shipping department skillfully demonstrated forklift operation, smooth movement of goods, and precise stacking of items. In the warehouse department, a participant efficiently located nearly a hundred types of materials using only a hydraulic cart and a plastic pallet, completing the task within the allotted time and placing the materials on the pallet. The administrative center competition focused on contract review and risk control, while participants from other departments also showcased their abilities.

Through this skill competition, Hezhong Machinery not only showcased the technical elites of each department and set an example but also enhanced teamwork spirit.
