Bidirectional Self-Aligning Belt Tracker

The main body of this deviation correction device is made of thick-walled square tube profiles, boasting exceptional overall structural strength and stability. Its rotating unit adopts a fan-shaped race cast structure, engineered to withstand heavy-duty operating conditions. In the meantime, the bearing assembly is designed with a multi-seal configuration that effectively blocks dust and water ingress, enabling long service life and maintenance-free operation.
For idler roller selection, both conical idlers and conical rubber-coated idlers are available as optional configurations.
The adjustment of the idler roller to 30° and 35° can be achieved by modifying the mounting positions of the bolt holes on both sides, and the height is also adjustable to adapt to diverse working conditions.
When the conveyor belt deviates from the center and slides to one side, the conical idler leverages its inherent deviation correction performance to guide the belt back to the central position, thus ensuring the stable and normal operation of the belt.
This product features unpowered self-drive operation, robust and durable construction, and wide scenario adaptability. It provides a perfect solution to the belt deviation problem in the two-way operation of conveyor belts.
