Heavy-duty oil-filled rollers are mainly composed of shafts, bearing seats, bearings, sealing components, etc.

The bearing seat uses a cast steel structure instead of the traditional stamped bearing seat. It has good rigidity and high precision, which can keep the bearing in a good stress state, and has the advantages of smooth operation and low noise.

The design of double-sealed inner and outer oil seals has good waterproof and dustproof effects and low rotation resistance. The sealing cover is equipped with an oil filling hole for regular oil filling and maintenance, which solves the shortcomings of short service life and heavy maintenance caused by the inability of ordinary rollers to be lubricated with oil, and greatly extends the service life of the rollers.
