Information

This cleaning device is designed for secondary cleaning of adhered materials on the underside of high-speed return belts in belt conveyor systems. It delivers excellent performance for materials with high moisture content and sticky sludge.

The blade employs a segmented alloy-rubber design, with each individual segment measuring 150mm in length. The blades are molded from natural rubber blocks and composite nano-materials containing tungsten carbide. The band-clamp tensioning structure allows for easy installation and adjustment by simply rotating the assembly on-site to the required direction.
